Lee Valley Rowing Club, based at the National Rowing Centre in Farran Wood in Cork, was established in 1999 as the home club following the decision by The Irish Amateur Rowing Union (now Rowing Ireland) to establish the Centre on Inniscarra Lake. We provide rowing for both the competitive and leisure rower for the greater Mid-Cork area. Club crews have had numerous wins at Irish and overseas regattas including a world champion at masters level in 2019. We have won 8 Irish Championships. 12 club members have rowed for Ireland including 3 junior members in the last four years and three of our current coaches, have rowed for Irish teams in the past.
